In this first stage, Renovatio carries out the study and analysis of the legislation, analysis of the energy market, its location will be studied and the availability of natural resources in the area is analyzed.

After obtaining all the project permits, a project management phase is carried out until the ready-to-build state where the following activities are carried out:
Preparation, control and validation of the framework agreement
Data preparation for legal and technical due diligence
Follow-up on the different requests for clarification during the due diligence
Sales contract to the final investor
